Karine Movsesyan (BSCS ’26)

Yes, Armenian Women Can! Scholarship

Karine is a sophomore majoring in computer science at AUA. She attended the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies learning animation and motion graphics. After doing some research, Karine realized that AUA would be the ideal environment to continue her academic journey.

“Now a sophomore at AUA, I can confirm that I made the right choice. Being surrounded by supportive instructors and peers gives me the motivation to continue working hard.”

Karine’s family supported her career aspirations and instilled in her the value of education. Due to unstable financial income, they were unable to pay for the tuition.

“I am so grateful to my donors for supporting my family by helping me obtain a quality education. I aim to become a sophisticated specialist in the field of computer science and make a positive impact on my country. The kind and selfless decision of my donors to sponsor my education inspires me to give back to AUA one day and likewise support students in need of financial assistance.”
